In order to maintain consistency and high quality aesthetics of the homes in our neighborhood, HOA approval is required prior to building fences, decks, patios, sheds, putting on a new roof, major landscaping changes, painting exteriors of houses, etc.
Visit the MacPherson’s Community Management portal in order to submit your property improvement requests to the HOA Architectural Committee. Login at the above link, click on the Submit New Review button.
Allow up to 20 days for approval process.

If you’re planning to paint the exterior of your house, you can choose your own colors and submit them to the HOA Architectural Committee (ACC) for approval, which will include the homeowner painting swatches on their house for the ACC to review. You can also look through the two notebooks of pre-approved color schemes and submit your choice/request to the ACC. Approval by the ACC is still required. You can view the online version of approved colors by clicking the link below.
